My passion is to inspire others to work towards more symmetry and balance in their everyday lives, with the ultimate goal of living a long, healthy life of wellness-when body and mind function as an integrated whole.

As a certified fitness instructor (ACE, SPINNING, Les Mills), my kinesthetic understanding of the body assists me in customizing a challenging STOTT PILATES workout for each client. My personalized approach encourages my clients to acknowledge their own asymmetries, recognize the ongoing need to develop both mental and physical strength, flexibility & endurance; and commit to a daily, mindful practice.

It is my undeniable respect for the STOTT PILATES method that drives me to continuously expand my knowledge, deepen my personal practice; and then apply that knowledge and experience to help every client achieve “profound results”.
